Niki Okuk
Deputy Director
Cal Fleet Advisor

Niki Okuk is the Alternative fuels Program Manager with oversight in marketing, strategy development, business development, and policy opportunities in the truck and off-road industry. In this position, she works to accelerate the adoption and use of alternative fuel vehicles and equipment, and support infrastructure development needs for the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Program (HVIP) and the Clean Off-Road Voucher Incentive Program (CORE). Okuk has substantial experience in the freight, trucking, and port operations as well as a long track record in environmental justice, and building community capacity, and equity outcomes.

Niki Okuk holds a master’s in Business Administration from Nanyang University, a bachelor’s in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University, and a certificate in Sustainability from MIT Sloan School of Business.

Craig Duehring
Engineering Manager
California Air Resources Board 

Craig Duehring is a manager with the California Air Resource Board and is currently overseeing the development and implementation of both the Advanced Clean Trucks regulation and the Advanced Clean Fleets regulation. Mr. Duehring holds a Professional Engineer license and a Project Management Professional certification and has over 30 years’ experience working with the medium- and heavy-duty trucking industry.

Commodity & Supply Chain Services Director
Western Growers

Bryan Nickerson manages the Commodity & Supply Chain Services department for Western Growers (WG) supporting shipper members in the areas of, but not limited to, PACA trust actions, GoodDelivery standards and general collection efforts. He provides guidance, education and consultation on fresh and frozen produce sales contracts to ensure members get the money in the bank. Prior to joining Western Growers as the 3rd generation involved in agriculture, Nickerson was born and raised in the Coachella Valley with a passion for production management, directing the packing operations for Prime Time International. Bryan graduated from San Diego State University, earning his B.S. in Communication, and is a California Agricultural Leadership Class 48 alumni.
